Ari Danas
Director
Ari began his real estate career in Marrickville in 1995. He later partnered with two colleagues to establish Danas Kollias First National, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey. After over 10 years, seeking new challenges and opportunities to broaden his expertise, he transitioned to the corporate sector. For 10 years, he was Director of Sydney Metropolitan Sales and Leasing at both CBRE and JLL, gaining invaluable experience in the Sydney CBD market.
After starting a family, Cara and her partner Ari founded Danas Property in 2017. Since then, they have successfully established the agency, servicing the Inner West and Inner Sydney markets, selling & leasing commercial property aswell as managing over 100 commercial properties of varying sizes & types.
With nearly 30 years’ experience, Ari has maintained his customer relationships in order to form lasting and meaningful ties with the people who have helped to shape this part of Sydney into what it is today.

Cara Danas
Property Management & Accounts
Cara has been a dedicated professional in the real estate industry since 2001. She began her career at Raine & Horne Crows Nest, where she quickly gained expertise in the local property market as a Property Manager and Sales Assistant.
Following this, Cara spent over a decade in the corporate sector, focusing on the Sydney Metropolitan Sales & Leasing Department at CBRE Sydney, followed by the Retail Shopping Centre Sales Department under Simon Rooney for 7 years.
After starting a family, Cara and her partner Ari founded Danas Property in 2017. Since then, they have successfully established the agency, servicing the Inner West and Inner Sydney markets, selling & leasing commercial property aswell as managing over 100 commercial properties of varying sizes.
